1 General Terms & Acceptance

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

bdt12 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdt12 account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. bdt12 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdt12 accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited must belong to you. You must not use payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated bdt12 account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must have passed KYC verification and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or pending investigations.

bdt12 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. bdt12 does not impose a withdrawal processing fee on standard transactions; however, fees charged by your bank or mobile financial services provider are outside bdt12's control.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements as set out in Section 5 below. Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

Bonus Abuse

bdt12 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect abusive bonus patterns. Behaviour that bdt12 considers bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as equal and opposite bets), colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdt12 reserves the right to void bonus funds, void winnings derived from bonus play, and suspend or close the account without prior notice.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using bdt12, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt12 platform:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be removed from your account balance.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using bdt12 for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or when contacting customer support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards bdt12 staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform in any manner that places an unreasonable load on bdt12's infrastructure or interferes with other players' use of the service.

bdt12 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where unlawful conduct is suspected.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bdt12 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bdt12 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your available real-money balance (subject to KYC verification) before deactivating the account. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons, bdt12 offers self-exclusion periods ranging from one (1) day to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, make deposits, or receive marketing communications from bdt12. Suspension by bdt12

bdt12 may suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion and without prior notice if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) bdt12 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; (c) bdt12 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account; or (d) your account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, bdt12 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

bdt12 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. bdt12 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt12's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your bdt12 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdt12 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of winnings or profits; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (d) losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate; or (e) losses arising from events outside bdt12's reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
